I caught this gorgeous Red-tailed Hawk flying low over the dike at Rest Lake on the Ridgefield NWR, Nov. 25, 2016. It’s fun to see so many hawks, and to a lesser extent, eagles at the refuge this time of year. The large view may be worth your time as I was quite close to this bird.
